High water program: Sep - Dec
After registering at Le Meridien Angkor Hotel, take a coach to the jetty for a 30-minute motorboat to La Marguerite Cruise. Take your time to enjoy views of floating fishing villages as passing through Tonle Sap Lake.
Upon embarking on the ship, enjoy a welcome drink at Saigon Lounge. After a short briefing, there will be a lunch in Mekong restaurant as the ship cruises towards Kampong Chhnang. Relax with scenic views of wild lives and local life while passing amazing floating villages.
Later, attend the safety demonstration and briefing on board presented by the Cruise Manager at Saigon Lounge. Relax with a cocktail before enjoying the first gourmet dinner with your fellow passengers. Overnight onboard at Kampong Chhnang.
Low water program: Jun - Aug & Jan - Apr
After registering at Le Meridien Angkor Hotel, take a coach to Prek K’dam. Along the way, make a stop at Kampong Thom for a short sightseeing. After 5 hours and a half, board the ship in PrekK'dam. You will be greeted with a welcome drink at Saigon Lounge followed by a short briefing.
After lunch onboard, check into your cabin while the ship cruises to Kampong Chnang province. In the late afternoon, after the safety briefing at Saigon Lounge, relax with the Captain's Welcome Cocktails. Enjoy your first gourmet dinner in the Mekong restaurant and appreciate the performance of pianist in Saigon Lounge before returning to your cabin. The ship docks at midstream in Tonle Lake for overnight.

Spend the morning exploring the rural port town of Kampong Chhnang. After dropping anchor at the mid stream, you will take a stunning motor boat excursion into the wetlands where you can find a spectacular diversity of birds, local life, and floating village. Return to La Marguerite Cruise for a cruise to Kampong Tralach. You will get a great chance to know more about Cambodia with a lecture about the past and present of this country at Saigon Lounge.
The ship will drop anchor at Kampong Tralach. Your afternoon discovery will start with an ox cart ride for 20 minutes on a dusty village road which offers you a great view of the countryside, a small village, and beautiful paddy fields. Stop at Vihara to visit Wat Kapong Tralach Pleu and then take a 45-minute bus ride to Oudong.
Oudong is the former capital of Cambodia which was built on the top of the hill Phnom Oudong. There are numerous stupas and shrines found on this hill.
You will follow the tour guides to the Buddhist monastery at the foothill to learn more about the local Buddhist religion. Then, witness the Buddhist blessing ceremony and visit Buddhist meditation center.
Afterwards, transfer back to the ship at Prek K’dam by bus. The ship will make its way through Phnom Penh to the village of Chong Koh. After dinner, enjoy your time with the movie show at the Saigon Lounge. The ship moors at the midstream near Chong Koh.

In the afternoon, take a walking tour to Wat Phnom and get a glimpse of Phnom Penh’s downtown. Then back to board for cocktails and briefing before enjoying dinner. Take your time to enjoy a special Khmer folk performance at the Saigon Lounge. If you wish, you could also explore the nightlife in Phnom Penh on your own.

Your afternoon exploration will be a great chance to get to know more about the history of Cambodia with a visit to the famous Khmer Rouge’s grim Tuol Sleng and the Killing Field. You could also spend time shopping or take a tour around the city if you wish.

You will then arrive in Tan Chau – a small town on the Mekong River. Relax with the crew show at Saigon Lounge. Overnight onboard at the river bank.

The highlight of today is a visit to the untouched town of Tan Chau. Set off your morning exploration with a sightseeing tour on local boats. Venture into narrow channels to discover an evergreen island. Take your time to visit a floating fish farm and cruise along the tiny tributaries to admire stilt houses.
Afterwards, disembark the boat for a tour around the town with rickshaw before enjoying a visit to a rattan mats and slippers making factories.
In the afternoon, the La Marguerite Cruise goes downstream to Sa Dec. There will be a lecture about Vietnam presented by the guide. Enjoy cocktails and briefing followed by dinner. Afterwards, relax with the Mekong folklore performance in the Saigon Lounge. Overnight onboard at midstream.

In the morning, embark on a local boat for a cruise to Sa Dec – a peaceful small town. As the boat meanders along the river’s channels, you will get a great view floating markets – a unique culture of the region. Disembark and take a tour around the town. Later, take a bus ride for one hour to Xeo Quyt to learn more its importance during the French and U.S war. After the visit, rejoin La Marguerite Cruise in Cai Be.
Enjoy lunch on board before taking a boat trip to Cai Be floating market. Disembark for an excursion to the rice paper and coconut candy workshops. Continue onto a typical old house in the Mekong Delta to get to know more about local tradition and culture. Take in the tranquility with a short walk through the big garden. Then, head back to the ship to relax and enjoy the farewell cocktail followed by a gourmet dinner. Overnight onboard at midstream in Cai Be.

Upon registering at Sofitel Saigon Plaza Hotel (11:00 to 12:00), you will be taken by coach to My Tho to embark on the ship of La Marguerite Cruise – the starting point of your journey along the Mekong Delta to Holy Angkor.
After embarking the ship at 13:30, you will be greeted with a welcome drink in Saigon Lounge. You will receive a short briefing before enjoying your lunch in Mekong Restaurant.
Take your time to relax at your spacious cabin after lunch while the ship is making its way to Cai Be. Take part in the safety demonstration of the Cruise Director at Saigon Lounge before enjoying Captain’s Cocktails followed by a gourmet dinner with your fellow passengers. After dinner, there will be folk performances of the Mekong Delta performed by local artists.

Enjoy breakfast before setting off your excursion around the colorful Cai Be floating market. Then, pay a visit to the French Gothic Cathedral to admire the colonial buildings, beautiful flower gardens around the port area.
Head back to La Marguerite Cruise for lunch while the ship sets sail towards Vinh Long – a large city in the Mekong River. Pay a visit to the vibrant afternoon market with an amazing boat ride and a walk through the market to get a glimpse of local life.

If you want to cancel your booking, you must inform us via fax or email. The followings cancellation charges will be applied:
46 days prior to departure: 30% cruise price
45 to 30 days prior to departure: 60% of cruise price
29 to 7 days prior to departure: 80% of cruise price
6 to 0 days prior to departure: 100% of cruise price
2. Children Price & Extra Bed:
Free of charge for children under 5 years old travelling with two guardians and sharing the bed with the guardians. The availability of baby cot is not guaranteed.
For children at/above 5 years and at/under 12 years traveling with two guardians and sharing cabin with guardians, 25% of double occupancy rate must be paid. This policy is applied for Sadec suite category.
For children at/above 13 years, the rate is the same with the adult’s. They will have their own bed allocated.
