1. Cancellation by Customer
If you want to cancel your booking, you must inform us via fax or email. The followings cancellation charges will be applied:
Cancellations made 121 days or more before departure: 10% charge of total price
Cancellations made 120 to 91 days prior to departure: 30% charge of total price
Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to departure: 100% charge of total price.
*In the event of cancellations, wire fees and credit card commissions will be deducted when calculating refunds.
2. Children Price & Extra Bed
Seven year age minimum on all departures
Child under 12 years old will receive a 20% discount
Third person sleeping on sofa bed will receive a 20% discount
Third person being a child under 12 years old sleeping on sofa bed pays US $500 per night
3. Departure Date Change Policy
In the case that guests wish to change the departure date of the cruise within 181 days since the day they booked the cruise, Aqua Mekong Cruise will accept their request without penalty. From 180 to 121 days, if there is any date changes, the fee of USD$200.00 per person will be applied. Within 120 days from departure date, no changes are permitted.
4. Insurance
We strongly advise travelers to purchase trip cancellation insurance. In this case, guests will be reimbursed the cost of air tickets and other non-refundable trip payments. We also highly recommend guests to get international medical, baggage loss and delay insurance in the case of bad situations. Aqua Mekong Cruise will take no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings.
5. Vessel replacement
In necessary circumstances, for example force majeure or mechanical failure, Aqua Mekong Cruise reserves the right to replace another vessel. If guests do not satisfy with the replacement, Aqua Mekong Cruise is able to cancel the trip basing on a refund pro rata per cruise night not used or offer credit toward a future cruise on the Aqua Mekong Cruise.
6. Dietary needs
For travelers with special dietary needs, they should contact with us at least 30 days prior to embarkation. The cruise liner will make the outmost effort to provide special dietary needs and requests basing on product’s availability.
7. Travelers’ responsibilities
All the travelers taking the cruise should take responsibilities towards their fellow passengers and the crew of the ship. Travelers should review the conditions of the trip itinerary and have a proper social behavior with fellow passengers and crew members. They should observe all the safety requirements on board and on excursions.
