In the morning, we meet our guests at our Saigon lounge. After a coffee and collecting your info, we leave Saigon's busy streets and head 70 kilometers south to My Tho to board our ship. Once you're settled, we start our journey on this big river.
We serve a buffet lunch as we sail up the river. In the evening light, mingle with other guests over canapés and prosecco.
By dinner, we'll be near Tan Phong Island, anchoring for the night. This gives you a preview of where our land exploration begins tomorrow. End the day with classic movies or documentaries in our onboard cinema.
Get up early to catch the beautiful sunrise and start the day with Tai Chi, followed by a big breakfast. We'll take a local boat to the quiet Tan Phong island in the Mekong River.
In Cai Be, we'll see how locals make rice paper, cookies, wine, and coconut candies by hand. Then, we head to Tan Phong Island to visit a family's fruit garden and taste different tropical fruits. A buggy ride shows us the island's daily life, and we'll also see a family weaving crafts from water hyacinth plants by hand.
Relax on your balcony or at the bar as we sail upstream. By afternoon, we reach Sa Dec and stop near Binh Thanh Island, where the locals sustain themselves by cultivating water hyacinths. Walking through the village, you'll witness the complete traditional mat-making process and meet a local couple who've lived here their whole lives and like talking with visitors.
Before dinner, come to the lounge for a talk about life in the Mekong Delta as we head to our overnight spot in Tan Chau.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION (CULINARY):
Morning: We take a tender to Tan Phong Island to see how people make art from dried water plants. A 15-minute buggy ride takes us through the island's narrow paths, ending at a local family's fruit garden. When disembarking, we'll take rickshaws through Tan Chau, seeing local daily life, workshops, and markets, where we mingle with residents. We'll visit the Cao Dai temple to learn about its beliefs from a priest. Our last stop is a family-run fish farm, where we'll learn about this special local business.
We continue up the river, entering Cambodia and moving towards Phnom Penh. The afternoon is free for you to relax and enjoy the cruise. You can opt for a spa session, lounge on the sun deck, or chill on your balcony. The captain might share a story about the river as we go. Also, our chefs offer a cooking workshop on Vietnamese and Cambodian cuisine. We'll dock in Phnom Penh, either in the river or at the pier.

Our crew gives you a warm welcome early in the morning when you check into your fancy "home" for the next few days.
Welcome to Phnom Penh, once called the "Paris of the East," which keeps its old-world charm amidst modern growth. It's a city rich in history and culture.
After breakfast, we start our city tour with a cyclo ride, visiting landmarks like the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, then the "S21" prison, reminding us of the Khmer Rouge era. Lunch in town will be followed by a visit to one of the country's most famous history museums, "Sosoro", and a walk in the French Quarter, ending at Wat Phnom.
Tonight, join us for a talk in the lounge, followed by an outdoor barbecue, gala dinner, and Apsara dance. Afterward, you're free to enjoy Phnom Penh's night scene or the riverfront.
As dawn breaks, we sail into the Tonle River, surrounded by Cambodia's stunning landscapes.
Our first visit is to the famous Koh Chen's Silver Smith Village, where 400 families create beautiful silver, copper, and brass items, some of which have graced Phnom Penh's Royal Palace.
During our upstream journey, enjoy lunch and a showcase of traditional Khmer attire for special events.
We then reach Kampong Laeang, opposite the pottery hub of Kampong Chhnang. A tuk-tuk ride takes us into rural Cambodia, where we'll see pottery making, visit an ancient pre-Angkorian temple, and view the expansive floodplains and rice fields (depending on the season).
After getting back on the ship, we start heading downstream towards Kampong Tralach, where we'll stop for the night.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION (CULINARY):
Afternoon: Besides the usual cultural trip, this food-themed outing lets you join a cooking demo. Learn to make a popular snack called “Nom Kruak,” a cake from white or brown rice. Unique because it's cooked on both sides, unlike traditional one-sided cakes, the Khmer people created this tasty treat often enjoyed by locals before dinner.
This morning, we're off to explore the countryside near Kampong Tralach. We'll ride in a cart pulled by oxen, passing by beautiful rice fields until we reach a small village. There, we'll learn about a local NGO school and library project run by a local group. Besides, you can visit an old temple and Buddha shrine that's been around for nearly 300 years.
As we head downstream, passing Phnom Penh to enter the Mekong River, we'll share a talk about these rivers.
Near where the Tonle and Mekong Rivers meet, we find Prek Bangkong, a village famous for silk weaving. It used to be home to the Royal family. Today, the highlight is the silk weavers, who make silk from scratch. We'll get to see how they do it up close. Our visit ends at the historic home of H.E. Sam-El, a well-known royal architect.
We'll spend the rest of the day cruising up the Mekong to where we'll stay for the night. Chill by the pool with a cocktail during sunset, with some music to set the mood, before having dinner and watching a movie in the evening.
Start the day with morning Tai Chi before we explore Angkor Ban. Visit a monastery and the village behind it, where you can chat with monks and locals. Walking through the village, you'll see the local lifestyle up close, making great memories of Cambodia's countryside. This charming village is perfect for photos and meeting the community.
We head to Kampong Cham during lunch.
In Kampong Cham, a key trade spot by the Mekong River, small villages around the town showcase the locals' craftsmanship, like in Cheung Kok where they make handmade goods. The seasonal Bamboo bridge nearby is not just for crossing; it connects us to history.
Then, the ship heads to its last stop, anchoring in the middle of the river near Stueng Trang, with a goodbye party vibe on the way.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION (CULINARY):
Morning: Today's food-themed trip has a special part. Besides seeing Angkor Ban village, we'll visit Mr. B's house. He once cooked on the Jayavarman ship and now lives in his wife's village. With his mother-in-law and wife, who's the main cook, we'll make an old fish soup called “Samlor Korko.” It's full of veggies, spices, herbs, and roasted rice, served with a duck egg omelette.
Have your last breakfast with us before we leave the ship and take a 4-hour bus ride to Siem Reap. Our guides will keep you interested with facts about Cambodia on the way. We hope you loved the cruise and made great memories and friends. Share your stories of the great Mekong River.
You'll get to Siem Reap by early afternoon. End of services.

When you come aboard, our crew will warmly greet you, show you to your rooms, and explain how everything works. After you've settled in and looked around the ship, we'll have a welcome lunch buffet. Then, our cruise director will give a safety and welcome talk in the lobby.
In the afternoon, we'll go on our first trip. We'll take a bus to explore Kampong Cham's highlands, a key area for trade that still has small villages around its edges. Here, the local way of life meets traditional craftsmanship. In Cheung Krok, for example, people make all sorts of handmade things, from food to clothes. There's also a Bamboo bridge built every season that's more than just a way to cross; it connects us to history.
As the sun goes down, we're back on the ship, floating along the Mekong River to Angkor Ban where we'll stay for the night. Get to know your fellow travelers a bit better at a welcome gathering at the bar with snacks and prosecco, with the riverbanks making a beautiful scene. After dinner, we'll start movie night, showing either an interesting classic film or a fascinating documentary.
We're getting back on our fancy ship, heading downstream towards Phnom Penh. Before we reach Cambodia's capital, we'll stop at a small place where they weave silk.
The rest of the day, we'll have a fun cruise, going by Phnom Penh's skyline and moving into the smaller Tonle River, heading north. Look forward to a multi-course dinner and a movie night for entertainment. We'll anchor in the middle of the Tonle River.
We're right in the middle of the huge Tonle area in Cambodia, which is a really cool natural environment. We then reach Kampong Laeang, opposite the pottery hub of Kampong Chhnang. A tuk-tuk ride takes us into rural Cambodia, where we'll see pottery making, visit an ancient pre-Angkorian temple, and, view the expansive floodplains and rice fields (depending on the season).
Back on the ship, after having lunch and enjoying great views of the Tonle River, we head south to Kampong Tralach. We'll have afternoon tea at the bar before starting our afternoon trip.
When the ship stops, we're off to explore the countryside near Kampong Tralach. We'll ride in a cart pulled by oxen, passing by beautiful rice fields until we reach a small village. There, we'll learn about a local NGO school and library project run by a local group. Besides, you can visit an old temple and Buddha shrine that's been around for nearly 300 years.
We cruise a bit further down the Tonle River until we get to Phnom Penh. We'll anchor our ship in the middle of the river, with a great view of the city's lively skyline.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION (CULINARY):
Morning: Besides the usual cultural trip, this food-themed outing lets you join a cooking demo. Learn to make a popular snack called “Nom Kruak,” a cake from white or brown rice. Unique because it's cooked on both sides, unlike traditional one-sided cakes, the Khmer people created this tasty treat often enjoyed by locals before dinner.
Have your final breakfast on the ship before you leave. We hope you liked the river trip as much as our crew always does. End of services.

Here, we'll see different fruits from the Mekong Delta and join a local family to cook some traditional meals.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION (CULINARY):
Morning: Once on land, we'll walk for 5 minutes to the market nearby. With our guide, we'll pick and buy fresh stuff for our cooking class. Then, we hop on cyclos for a nice ride to the local Cao Dai temple and learn a bit about this unique religion. Next, we go to the temple's kitchen for a cooking class, where we'll make special dietary dishes with the local kitchen team.
