Day 01 Saigon to My Tho – Embarkation (D)

Gather at Saigon Port and board our ship. You will be greeted with a welcome drink followed by a briefing while the cruise departs for My Tho.

Day 02 My Tho - Cai Be– Vinh Long (B/L/D)

From the early morning, Toum Tiou Cruise makes its way through the marvelous canal of Cho Gao. A sumptuous breakfast is served on board. Upon arrival at My Tho, the ship moors near the Thoi Son Island. The beautiful land of My Tho attracts lots of tourists to come and visit its hidden charm. The city is famous for its myriad fruit orchards, gardens and vast rice fields with warm and pleasant climate all year round.

Embark on local boats to transfer to the mainland for a beautiful tour of My Tho town. Make a stop along the way to visit the colorful market. Turn back to the pier and transfer by local boat to Dragon Island where you will have a great chance to get a true glimpse of local people. 

Rejoin the main ship and depart for Cai Be. Enjoy a special lunch on board. Arriving at Cai Be, you will take a delightful local boat cruise to explore the stunning Cai Be Floating Market.

Continue cruising and make a stop at Vinh Long for a visit to a brick and pottery factory and the Binh Hoa Phuoc Islet Nursery of Fruit Trees. You also take a chance to visit a typical local dwelling and a show room of traditional farming tools.

Located in the middle of the Mekong Delta, the city becomes an ideal land for growing mandarins and other citrus fruits thanks to the silt deposits enriched each year. Local people mainly live on the water. You could easily encounter small boats traveling on the river or friendly locals on their boats with their warm smile.

Return to the cruise and depart for Sa Dec. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 03 Sa Dec to Chau Doc (B/L/D)

After breakfast, set off your journey with a short excursion around the town followed by a visit to Trung Vuong primary school and a cruise to the Kien An Cung Pagoda.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the colorful market of Sa Dec to get a true insight into authentic beauty. Turn back to the ship and depart for Chau Doc. Enjoy lunch on board. Upon arrival at Chau Doc, board local boats to visit rafts and a Cham village – the main ethnic group of the region.

If time allows, you will get an opportunity to have a drink in the stunning sunset on the Sam Mountain. It offers a spectacular view over the vast rice paddies below. En-route, make a stop to visit the Lady Chua Xu temple and Tay An Pagoda. Return to the ship for dinner and overnight on board.

Day 05 Phnom Penh (B/L/D)

After breakfast, set off your excursion with a local boat tour to the floating village. You will visit several attractions of the village such as a school, an ice factory, churches, pagodas, etc. 

Back to board and cruise to Kampong Chhnang – one of the largest fishing ports on Tonle Sap which is around 56 miles from Phnom Penh. The town is well known for its fish farming and pottery ware. After a tour around the town, back to Toum Tiou Cruise for a cruise to Kampong Tralach. Dinner and overnight onboard near the village.

Day 03 Kampong Tralach – Koh Chen / Oudong – Phnom Penh (B/L)

After a hearty breakfast, make your way to Kampong Tralach for a visit of the stunning Vihara. You will get through the village of Kampong TralachKrom on a small road and take a short walk through a beautiful rice field to reach the edifice. Afterwards, rejoin the ship. Enjoy the lunch onboard as the ship sets sail towards Koh Chen – a small village where the locals live mainly by smiting silver and copper. They make ornamental items used in traditional ceremonies or at weddings. From the distance, you could get the view of hills in Oudong – the former capital of Cambodia.

After the visit to the village, head back to the ship and depart for Phnom Penh. Disembark Toum Tiou Cruise.

Day 01 Phnom Penh to Koh Chen / Oudong (L/D)

Enjoy breakfast as cruising to Siem Reap - famous for its magnificent historical and cultural sites including Angkor Wat. Prepare to pack your luggage and enjoy your lunch while passing through the Tonle Sap Lake. Disembark the ship at Phnom Krom pier and then transfer to FCC Hotel.

1. Alteration of schedule and cruise itinerary

Though every effort will be made to ensure that the published itinerary is followed as closely as possible, given uncertain river and other local conditions, all schedules and itineraries maybe subject to alterations and delays at short notice.

2. Change point of embarkation and disembarkation

Should it prove difficult to embark or disembark passengers at the scheduled points, Toum Tiou II Cruise is not liable to bear any extra cost of transporting passengers to and from the revised point of joining the cruise or disembarking unless passengers or their agents have purchased a complete package tour which includes land services from us. Any reason for changing the points of embarkation or disembarkation cannot count as a reason for cancelling this contract.

3. Deposit:

3.1. For booking with less than 02 cabins

30% deposit is required at the time of booking

70% of the balance shall be made 45 days prior to departure

3.2. For booking from 02 cabins and more

30% deposit is required at the time of booking

30% (second) payment by 125 days prior to departure

Balance 95 days prior to departure

4. Cancellation by us

In the event that we are unable to provide cruise services to passengers with confirmed bookings or departures where occupancy is less than 5 cabins, Toum Tiou II Cruise reserves the rights to cancel the journey giving all passengers with confirmed bookings 30 days prior notice of this intention. An alternative cruise vessel (similar itinerary and ship category) or an alternative departure date will be offered subject to availability. Any surcharges or difference in cruise prices will be born or reimbursed byToum Tiou II Cruise. If this alternative date or the alternative vessel is not acceptable to the passenger any down payments made for the cancelled cruise will be refunded. In the event that a passenger has cancelled and paid cancellation fees and Toum Tiou II Cruise subsequently cancels that departure then any cancellation fees (and down payment) will be refunded in full on the request of the passenger.

5. Cancellation by Customer

If you want to cancel your booking, you must inform us via fax or email. The followings cancellation charges will be applied:

5.1. For booking with less than 02 cabins

Cancellations made 95 days or more before departure: 0% charge

Cancellations made 94 to 65 days prior to departure: 15% charge of total price

Cancellations made 64 to 35 days prior to departure: 35% charge of total price

Cancellations made 34 to 25 days prior to departure: 55% charge of total price

Cancellations made less than 25 days prior to departure or no show: 100% charge of total price

5.2. For booking from 02 cabins and more

Cancellations made 185 days or more before departure: 15% charge of total price

Cancellations made 184 to 125 days prior to departure: 35% charge of total price

Cancellations made 124 to 95 days prior to departure: 65% charge of total price

Cancellations made less than 95 days prior to departure or no show: 100% charge of total price

*In the event of cancellations, wire fees and credit card commissions will be deducted when calculating refunds.

6. Children Price & Extra Bed

Infants below the age of 4 years may sleep in their parent's cabin at no extra charge but we cannot guarantee the availability of a cot and parents are to provide their own baby food. 

Children of 4 years and over must occupy their own berth and pay 30% of total cabin rate.

7. Insurance 

We strongly advise travelers to purchase trip cancellation insurance. In this case, guests will be reimbursed the cost of air tickets and other non-refundable trip payments. We also highly recommend guests to get international medical, baggage loss and delay insurance in the case of bad situations. Toum Tiou II Cruise will take no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings.

8. Health conditions

Clients should seek advice from their doctor regarding relevant inoculations and prophylactics for travel in the Mekong Delta and must be fully insured to cover any risk of medical repatriation and Toum Tiou II Cruise is in no way responsible for such liabilities.

9. Dietary needs

For travelers with special dietary needs, they should contact with us at least 30 days prior to embarkation. The cruise liner will make the outmost effort to provide special dietary needs and requests basing on product’s availability.

10. Clients must abide by these terms and Toum Tiou II Cruise reserve the right to either cancel an existing reservation or to refuse passage in the event that these terms have not been adhered to.
