Day 01 Saigon - My Tho – Aqua Mekong Embarkation (D)

You will be greeted at the Ho Chi Minh meeting point and then transferred by air conditioned coach to My Tho port where the luxurious Aqua Mekong awaits. Welcome to the cruise, settle into your comfortable cabin and enjoy the breathtaking views on your king size bed, the daybed or from your balcony.

Day 02 Mekong River - Binh Thanh/Sa Dec - My An Hung (B/L/D)

Set off your journey with a visit to Binh Thanh mat weaving village. Alternatively, make your way to the small town of Sa Dec to visit a bustling market and explore the house of the famous French writer’s lover - Mr Huynh Thuy Le. 

Your afternoon excursion will continue with a visit to a typical village in the Mekong Delta – My An Hung. Take a leisurely walk through stunning plantations. There will be a stop at a local home for a short rest. Take the chance to taste local fruits and listen to the folk songs and a Unicorn dance performance of villagers. For alternative option, you could take a biking tour to explore the region.

Day 03 Chau Doc - Vinh Xuong – Ka’om Samnor Border (B/L/D)

Embark on the skiff and cruise along Bassac Canal to visit Chau Doc floating market. After that, disembark and take a van transfer to Long Son Pagoda located on the top of Sam Mountain. On the way return, you will past the colorful morning market. Alternatively, enjoy a bike ride on Long Khanh Island or a rickshaw ride to visit Tan Chau Market. In the afternoon, take your time to relax by the pool or indulge yourself with the traditional Khmer massage or try your hands with some Mekong dishes.

If you wish to learn more about the history of the country, you could also visit the Tuol Sleng Museum of Genocide and the Killing Field. For a free and easy tour, do some shopping at Russian Market. Then, head back to the ship and join us with the Apsara performance of Khmer artists who was still memorized on the temple walls at Angkor Wat.

Day 06 Tonle Sap River - Koh Chen - Kampong Prasat (B/L/D)

In the afternoon, continue your trip to Kampong Chhnang to get a true glimpse into the Khmer local life. Alternatively, enjoy a bike tour around the region.

Day 07 Tonle Sap River - Kampong Chhnang - Kampong Tralach (B/L/D)

You will pedal through rice fields and get deep into the shadow of palm trees along the way. Then, you will cruise across water and disembark to take an ox cart ride along the river banks of Tonle Sap. Day 02 Tonle Sap Lake - Prek Toal - Moat Khla (B/L/D)

Day 01 Saigon - My Tho – Aqua Mekong Embarkation (D)

You will be greeted at the Ho Chi Minh meeting point and then transferred by air conditioned coach to My Tho port where the luxurious Aqua Mekong awaits. Welcome to the cruise, settle into your comfortable cabin and enjoy the breathtaking views on your king size bed, the daybed or from your balcony.

Day 02 Mekong River - Binh Thanh/Sa Dec - My An Hung (B/L/D)

Set off your journey with a visit to Binh Thanh mat weaving village. Alternatively, make your way to the small town of Sa Dec to visit a bustling market and explore the house of the famous French writer’s lover - Mr Huynh Thuy Le.

Your afternoon excursion will continue with a visit to a typical village in the Mekong Delta – My An Hung. Take a leisurely walk through stunning plantations. There will be a stop at a local home for a short rest. Take the chance to taste local fruits and listen to the folk songs and a Unicorn dance performance of villagers. For alternative option, you could take a biking tour to explore the region.

Day 03 Chau Doc - Vinh Xuong – Ka’om Samnor Border (B/L/D)

Embark on the skiff and cruise along Bassac Canal to visit Chau Doc floating market. After that, disembark and take a van transfer to Long Son Pagoda located on the top of Sam Mountain. On the way return, you will past the colorful morning market. Alternatively, enjoy a bike ride on Long Khanh Island or a rickshaw ride to visit Tan Chau Market. In the afternoon, take your time to relax by the pool or indulge yourself with the traditional Khmer massage or try your hands with some Mekong dishes.

Day 04 Koh Oknha Tey - Preah Prosop (B/L/D)

In the afternoon, continue your excursion on skiffs and make your way to the untouched remote village of Preah Prosop.

Day 05 Phnom Penh (B/L/D)

Today get on the tuk tuk to take a sightseeing tour of Phnom Penh- the fascinating capital of Cambodia. You will visit the most stunning destinations of the city including the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and the National Museum where the exceptional collection of Khmer art has been still remained.

If you wish to learn more about the history of the country, you could also visit the Tuol Sleng Museum of Genocide and the Killing Field. For a free and easy tour, do some shopping at Russian Market. Then, head back to the ship and join us with the Apsara performance of Khmer artists who was still memorized on the temple walls at Angkor Wat.

Day 06 Tonle Sap River - Koh Chen - Kampong Chhnang (B/L/D)

In the morning, pay a visit to the silversmith village of Koh Chen to first -hand witness their well-known silver bowls. 

In the afternoon, continue your trip to Kampong Chhnang to get a true glimpse into the Khmer local life. Alternatively, enjoy a bike tour around the region.

Day 07 Mouth of The Tonle Sap Lake - Chhnok Tru - Moat Khla (B/L/D)

Today there will be an excursion around the Tonle Sap Lake to explore the remote communities around the region. Later, make your way to an ice factory in Chhnok Tru and learn more about the way of life of the locals in the town. After lunch, continue onto the floating village of Moat Khla to get close to the daily life of villagers here. Then, take part in a Buddhist blessing ceremony in the region.

Day 08 Tonle Sap Lake - Prek Toal - Siem Reap (B)

Day 01 Phnom Penh – Aqua Mekong Embarkation (D)

From the meeting point, you will be transferred by air-conditioned bus to the pier where the boutique Aqua Mekong awaits. Upon embarking on the ship, spend time relaxing at your comfortable and well-appointed cabin while the captain starts raising anchor. For more breathtaking views, move to the Observation Deck to unwind in the sun rays. In the evening, take part in the interesting performance of Cambodian apsara dancers.

Day 02 Tonle Sap River - Koh Chen - Kampong Chhnang (B/L/D)

In the morning, pay a visit to the silversmith village of Koh Chen to first -hand witness their well-known silver bowls. 

In the afternoon, continue your trip to Kampong Chhnang to get a true glimpse into the Khmer local life. Alternatively, enjoy a bike tour around the region.

Day 03 Mouth of The Tonle Sap Lake - Chhnok Tru - Moat Khla (B/L/D)

Today there will be an excursion around the Tonle Sap Lake to explore the remote communities around the region. Later, make your way to an ice factory in Chhnok Tru and learn more about the way of life of the locals in the town. After lunch, continue onto the floating village of Moat Khla to get close to the daily life of villagers here. Then, take part in a Buddhist blessing ceremony in the region.

Day 04 Tonle Sap Lake - Prek Toal - Siem Reap (B)

Today you will have a great opportunity to marvel at the diversity of birdlife at Prek Toal Core Bird Reserve. This is one of the largest freshwater bodies in Asia and also the home of large water birds. After the visit, it’s time to disembark the ship.

Day 02 Ka'om Samnor - Vinh Xuong Border Crossing - Chau Doc - My An Hung - Vietnam (B/L/D)

In the morning, the ship will cross the border between Vietnam and Cambodia and make its way to the bustling town of Tan Chau. Welcome to Vietnam. You could explore this small town by taking a local rickshaw around the town or enjoying a biking tour around the tranquil island of Long Khanh. 

Your afternoon excursion will continue with a visit to a typical village in the Mekong Delta – My An Hung. Take a leisurely walk through stunning plantations. There will be a stop at a local home for a short rest. Take the chance to taste local fruits and listen to the folk songs and a Unicorn dance performance of villagers. For alternative option, you could take a biking tour to explore the region.

Day 03 Binh Thanh/Sa Dec - Cai Be (B/L/D)

Set off your journey with a visit to Binh Thanh mat weaving village. Alternatively, make your way to the small town of Sa Dec to visit a bustling market and explore the house of the famous French writer’s lover - Mr Huynh Thuy Le. Then, continue onto Cai Be with our sampan through the small canals. Disembark the sampan and take a walk or bike ride through traditional houses.  You could make a stop at a local house to get a glimpse of their life.

Day 04 My Tho - Saigon (B)

Disembark the ship and transfer to Saigon. Along the way, make a stop at Vinh Trang Pagoda to discover the Buddhist religion of the region as well as the unique architectural style through large Buddha statues.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you want to cancel your booking, you must inform us via fax or email. The followings cancellation charges will be applied:

Cancellations made 121 days or more before departure: 10% charge of total price

Cancellations made 120 to 91 days prior to departure: 30% charge of total price

Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to departure: 100% charge of total price.

*In the event of cancellations, wire fees and credit card commissions will be deducted when calculating refunds.

2. Children Price & Extra Bed

Seven year age minimum on all departures

Child under 12 years old will receive a 20% discount

Third person sleeping on sofa bed will receive a 20% discount

Third person being a child under 12 years old sleeping on sofa bed pays US $500 per night

3. Departure Date Change Policy

In the case that guests wish to change the departure date of the cruise within 181 days since the day they booked the cruise, Aqua Mekong Cruise will accept their request without penalty. From 180 to 121 days, if there is any date changes, the fee of USD$200.00 per person will be applied. Within 120 days from departure date, no changes are permitted. 

4. Insurance

We strongly advise travelers to purchase trip cancellation insurance. In this case, guests will be reimbursed the cost of air tickets and other non-refundable trip payments. We also highly recommend guests to get international medical, baggage loss and delay insurance in the case of bad situations. Aqua Mekong Cruise will take no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings.

5. Vessel replacement

In necessary circumstances, for example force majeure or mechanical failure, Aqua Mekong Cruise reserves the right to replace another vessel. If guests do not satisfy with the replacement, Aqua Mekong Cruise is able to cancel the trip basing on a refund pro rata per cruise night not used or offer credit toward a future cruise on the Aqua Mekong Cruise.

6. Dietary needs

For travelers with special dietary needs, they should contact with us at least 30 days prior to embarkation. The cruise liner will make the outmost effort to provide special dietary needs and requests basing on product’s availability.

7. Travelers’ responsibilities

All the travelers taking the cruise should take responsibilities towards their fellow passengers and the crew of the ship. Travelers should review the conditions of the trip itinerary and have a proper social behavior with fellow passengers and crew members. They should observe all the safety requirements on board and on excursions.
